A raw, inky young red from one of Bendigo’s most promising wineries.  Glass-staining colour leads to a powerful nose suggesting blackcurrant, briar, mint and sarsaparilla.  Oak has a minor role; potent fruit characters are the main game.  The middleweight palate has tons of robust flavour.
