One of our most popular wines, loved for its balance and approachability. The blend of Shiraz & Cabernet Sauvignon was created using our trademark co-fermentation technique, ensuring the varietal flavours of each variety are seamlessly integrated.
The 2021 blend is a complex amalgamation of ripe raspberry, red berry fruits with well-integrated oak, adding touches of vanilla, cinnamon, cedar and chocolate. The medium bodied palate is full flavoured with fresh acidity, great balance and length.
