Typical of our unique winemaking style, this outstanding wine brings together specially selected parcels of Shiraz from our Bendigo vineyard and Shiraz from a premium grape grower in Heathcote with whom we've associated for over 20 years.
Complex aromas and flavours of wild blackberry, plum, dark chocolate and cherry, intertwine seamlessly with clove and black pepper spices. The palate is generous, with well-integrated oak from the wines' 18-month maturation in French and American oak hogsheads, fine-grained tannins and great length.
Enjoy now or cellar until 2032. Serve at 16-18 degrees.
