Like our winery’s name, Pondalowie, The Fairhaven Shiraz is also named after one of our favourite beaches, the majestic Fairhaven beach on Victoria’s Great Ocean Road, a short drive from our winery.
A fresh and vibrant wine, rich with red berries and savoury spice flavours and complimented by subtle notes of French and American oak. The smooth medium bodied palate makes it the perfect accompaniment to the lighter dishes enjoyed during the Summer and Autumn months. Also suited to cellaring for the short to medium term (to 2028). Serve at 16-18˚C
