We are delighted to announced the release of the 2025 Bambra Pinot Noir, the first dry-red Pinot Noir produced from our Bambra (Otways Hinterland) vineyard. 

Complex aromas of pure red fruits; cranberry and cherry, and hints of autumn leaves soar effortlessly from the glass, nuanced by wood-spices in the form of caramel, clove and cinnamon. The palate is medium bodied, fleshy with ripe plum and rose hip, a little mushroom savouriness, pitch-perfect silky tannins and bright natural acidity.  Finishes mineral and long.

Enjoy now or cellar until 2032.  Serve at 16-18 degrees.
