In 2003, 2004 and 2005, we hand-picked a row each of Tempranillo (Tinta Roriz) and Shiraz to create a traditional, Portuguese style, Tawny Port. Using traditional winemaking and specially selected brandy spirit for fortification, the wine was transferred each year to aged casks for maturation. Prior to bottling in 2018, the 3 vintages were blended, giving the wine an average age of 14 years
